My name is James White, and I am 23 years old. I have been training as a hybrid athlete for the last 4 years, and have an extensive previous athletic background. I played college football on both the offensive and defensive sides, and competed in collegiate track. My 2025 training and athletic goals include Full Ironmans and Ironman 70.3s, Marathons and Ultra Marathons, and Hyrox competitions. The knowledge I have gained throughout my athletic pursuits has enabled me to empower others around me achieve their own athletic goals, and I am confident that I can do the same for you. 

My name is Jay Ezzell. I am 21 years old and have been training as a hybrid athlete for the last 3 years. I began my fitness journey with weight lifting and running, but have since expanded my training to include triathlons, and recently completed my first full ironman. My passion for movement and healthy living expands beyond strict training, with my free time being spent rock climbing, hiking, surfing, free diving, and just about anything else I can do to be outside. With the experience I have gained over the last several years of trial and error, I’m confident that I can provide valuable knowledge to optimize your own training and help you avoid of common mistakes that I made. I will be specializing in Triathlon programs and coaching, but will also be contributing to the hybrid athlete and marathon programs.
